WHEN YOU WANT TO BEGIN AGAIN

One change is enough
to get started.

The saved workouts. The recipes you meant to try. You don’t need to fit them all into next Monday. Choose something small enough to make sense in the week you actually have.

YOUR FIRST STEP

Two starting points.

Two practical starting points from our journal. Choose one to try first.

General education, not a personal training or diet prescription.

01

MOVEMENT

Find a week you can repeat.

Choose a realistic time for a short strength session. If you’re starting from little activity, begin with what you can manage and build gradually.

  1. Pick a day that fits your responsibilities.
  2. Learn the setup and movement before making it harder.
  3. Keep a note of what you practised and what needs explaining.

A starting plan, not a complete workout. Exercise choices and technique may need individual guidance.

02

EVERYDAY FOOD

Give one meal a little thought.

Choose a meal you eat often. Build around familiar foods you enjoy and can afford, rather than redesigning your whole week.

  1. Think of a protein food, vegetables or fruit, and a carbohydrate food.
  2. For example: rice, beans, roasted vegetables and avocado.
  3. After trying it, notice what you enjoyed and what would make it easier next time.

A meal-planning example. Portions, allergies and medical dietary needs are individual.

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW

Before
you begin.

What can I use today?

The two starting points on this page and the linked journal guides are open to read. Program and library pages are previews of what is being prepared.

Can I join a program now?

Not yet. Enrollment, prices, payment and member access are not open. The preview buttons show program information; they do not enroll you or charge you.

Do I have to do both training and nutrition?

No. Begin with the guidance that is useful to you. We are preparing separate options and a combined eight-week experience.

Will this work around my health needs?

These guides offer general education. Injuries, pregnancy, medical conditions and dietary requirements may need individual advice from an appropriately qualified professional.
