Shaped in Marbella.
Now in Los Cabos.
Spain is where food and movement became my work. Studying hospitality in Marbella sparked my interest in nutrition and cooking. Coaching women there taught me how much clear guidance and kind encouragement can help.
Now based in Los Cabos, I’m bringing that experience into The Fit Fairy: enjoyable food and movement you can follow in your own time.
I was born in Russia and moved to Spain at seventeen. After years of dancing competitively, I had to learn how to build a new routine for myself. During my business and hospitality studies in Marbella, nutrition and cooking classes made me curious about how to prepare food that was both enjoyable and nourishing.
My first role was managing HealthyKitchen, a food project inside a gym. Later, I worked with private clients and spent four years at The I/O in Marbella, teaching personal training and group classes, including stretching, core and sculpt sessions. Working closely with women shaped the way I coach: with clear guidance, attention to their starting point and kind encouragement.
After moving to Los Cabos, I continued working with clients online. Different time zones led me to record sessions they could follow when it suited them. That became the starting point for The Fit Fairy.
I’ve tried different approaches to eating myself. What I want to share now is a balanced way of cooking and training that you can enjoy and keep returning to.
My work focuses on everyday fitness and nutrition habits. I don’t provide injury rehabilitation or specialist training for professional athletes. The Fit Fairy is not a medical service.

The open eight-week demo includes setup choices, a sample week, workout structure, example recipes and progress check-ins. It does not yet contain playable training videos. No account or payment is needed.
Beginners are our starting point. The programs being prepared focus on technique, manageable sessions and building a routine. Final equipment, suitability and program requirements will be available before enrollment.
Here, sculpt describes home resistance training with controlled movements and technique guidance. The planned equipment includes a mat, bands and dumbbells. It is not a promise to change one specific body area. Read the beginner home strength guide.
Choose a manageable next step for your current experience and schedule. You don’t need to make up missed sessions. Our guide to returning after a break helps you think through that first week. Returning after surgery, injury or a medical change needs appropriate individual guidance.
Our starting point is practical food education and varied, enjoyable meals. Anti-inflammatory eating describes an overall eating pattern, not a single food or a treatment promised by this program. Start with the meal-prep guide’s explanation. Medical dietary needs require appropriate professional advice.
This demo shows the combined eight-week experience. Separate training and nutrition previews are also available. Final options, inclusions and prices will be confirmed before enrollment.
The core is being designed to follow independently, using Natalia’s recorded guidance and prepared content. Consultations or individual feedback would be separate services. They are not included or bookable through this demo.
The planned core includes general food education, recipes and practical alternatives, not an individually prescribed diet. Medical dietary needs and allergies require appropriate professional guidance.
